I quickly realized I loved telling people's stories through photography and design at a young age.

Growing up I traveled the US antiquing with my mom and never wanted a moment to slip away so I desperately took photos all the time. Creativity comes naturally as creative women have surrounded me in my family They have supported my artistic journey from painting to sculpting to graphic design, but photography remains my favorite.

As a freshman in college at the University of Texas I was able to study documentary storytelling and photojournalism in Prague under a National Geographic photographer. That new perspective shaped my future courses. I focused on learning about art and social change within my advertising degree. I believe that with visual storytelling you can really make a positive difference to a cause.

Now I find myself creating family heirloom portraits and photographing events for organizations with mission-driven work.

After a year by the ocean, I am back in Austin with my partner building our life. We are beyond excited for what is to come and thankful for all that has led us to this moment.
